To become a member of Flybe Cabin Crew, you need to be minimum age of 19 and height 5ft 2in (157cm), maximum 6ft 2in (188cm) and weight must be in proportion to height with the ability to wear the company uniform to standard.

You must have at least three GCSEs Grade C (or equivalent) or above, including English and Mathematics.

A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer/sales/service environment is preferred. You must be in possession of a full, valid EU passport or ID with no restrictions and any non-EU passport holders must me in possession of a valid work permit and/or Visa which must allow entry to any Flybe destination.
